5. Ordering & Delivery

Online Orders

• Orders are subject to acceptance by Desi Chef
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Delivery is available within 5km of our location
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Delivery Charges

• ₹40 for 1-2km radius
• ₹60 for 2-3km radius
• ₹80 for 3-5km radius
• Delivery charges apply even if orders are canceled after confirmation

Payment

• Payment must be made before or at delivery
• We accept cash, UPI, cards, and online payment methods
• Refunds for incorrect or damaged orders will be processed within 7 business days

6. Refunds & Returns

Food items are non-returnable in general. However:

• If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately
• We will either replace the item or provide a refund
• Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• We are not responsible for complaints received after this period

7. Catering & Bulk Orders

• Advance notice of at least 24 hours is required for catering orders
• A deposit may be required for large orders
• Menu customization is available upon request
• Cancellations made 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit

8. Table Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability
• We request at least 2 hours notice for reservations
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to release your table if you don’t arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time

9. Special Offers & Promotions

• All offers are subject to availability and may change without notice
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Promotional codes are valid only during the specified period
• Desi Chef reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion

10. Limitation of Liability
